Indian alphonso mango, avocado and marinated beef salad

Nodig:
For the marinade:
- 2 gloves garlic, crushed
- 2 ts sesame oil
- 2 ts dark soy sauce
- 1 ts honey
- 1 ts grated fresh ginger
- Pinch of black peper
For the salad:
- 400gr steak fillet in one piece
- 1 Alphonso mango
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 hands of salad leaves
For the dressing:
- 2 ts Thai fish sauce
- 1 ts sesame oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 ts light soy saus
- 1 ts honey
- 1 chilli, halved, seeded and finally chopped
- 2 small gloves of garlic, clushed
- Sea salt, to taste
Preparation:
Whisk together all the ingredients for the marinade in a large bowl. Add the steak and coat it in the marinade, using your fingers to rub it in. Leave to marinate for about one hour.
Heat a grill pan over a high heat. Place the marinated steak in the hot pan and sear on each side. Remove from the pan, transfer to a plate and leave it to rest for 15min before slicing it thinly.
Peel the mango, out the flesh from the stones and slice into large wedges. Peel, Stone and thickly slice avocado.
Wish together the ingredients for the dressing.
Arrange the salad leaves in a bowl. Place the steak, mango and avocado on top. Drizzle over the dressing along with any juices from the rested steak and serve immediately!
